DUROCHER LAB
Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute, MSH | University of Toronto

The Durocher Lab researches how normal cells become cancerous by elucidating how genome integrity is maintained.

We use genetic, biochemical, functional genomic and proteomic approaches in yeast and in mammalian cells.

Our research is ultimately relevant to cancer, aging, evolution and stem cell biology.
