For this reason, we will not be able to accept abstracts after the deadline! You can submit your abstract on the registration page. If you wish, you can register first, and return later (latest July 20) to add your abstract to your registration page.

Abstract specifications: Please provide your abstract within the specification listed below. You can submit your abstract on the registration page.

  • Title: maximum 25 words words
  • Abstract text: maximum 400 words
  • Authors: Name and affiliation of all authors, starting with the presenting author

Selection for oral presentation: some of the best abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. Authors will be informed no later then July 30, 2008, and asked to prepare a short presentation. Poster specifications: Important note: due to the vast number of abstracts we have recieved thus far, we had to decrease the are allocated for each poster! The area provided will be 3x3 ft size. You will be sharing a poster board with someone else, so please make sure not to exceed this dimension. If you would require more space for special reason, please contact the organizing committee. The board surface allows the use of pins, tape will not work. Please make sure to bring your own pins!

Poster sessions: there will be one poster session during the TT2008 meeting, but the boards will be up and accessible during the entire meeting duration. You can set up your poster anytime after registration, and it can remain up until the end of the meeting at 17.00 on Wednesday. The room where the posters are displayed will be next to the auditorium, and the doors will be open at all times. For this reason, please don't hesitate to leave your poster up for the entire meeting time. However, make sure that you collect your poster at the end of the meeting, as we can not take responsibility for posters left behind!

A prize for best poster will be awarded at the last session of the meeting.
