Hands-on course in the Tetraploid Embryo Complementation
assay October 29 - 31, 2008
We are pleased to announce an opportunity
for you to further your embryo manipulation skills by learning the tricks
of the trade of tetraploid embryo aggregation. This hands-on course will
be held on the days following the TT2008 meeting.
(Wed 29 - Fri 31).
The course will contain all aspects of
the technique, including electro-fusion of 2-cell stage mouse embryos,
preparation of ES cells, zona removal, and aggregation.
