We welcome you as a vendor to the TT2008 meeting
Location of vendor tables. Vendor tables will be available in two locations: a premium location in the foyer, just outside the main meeting room, and a standard location in a dedicated exhibition room. The exhibition room is located on the other side of the foyer. Lunch on both Tuesday and Wednesday will be served here. In addition, the exhibition room will be open for delegates to visit at any time during the whole duration of the meeting. See a floorplan of the exhibition rooms.
Exhibition times. The exhibition time spans the whole conference duration. You are welcome to set up your material on Monday morning from 10am, and keep access to the table until Wednesday 6pm.
Electricity. Electricity will be made available only if specifically requested. Please keep this in mind when you book your exhibition table.
Registration: All company representatives wishing to come to the TT2008 venue site must register so that name badges recognized by the security personnel can be made. One representative per company can register for a much reduced fee, which does not include participation in the sessions, but does include all meals. If additional representatives wish to attend, we kindly ask them to register as full commercial delegates.
